Avignonesi Grifi 2021 is a powerful and elegant Super Tuscan blend that beautifully marries the structural backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon with the fresh, spicy nature of Sangiovese. Exhibiting a deep ruby-red hue with violet reflections, it opens with enticing aromas of blueberries, blackberries, incense, graphite, and subtle vanilla. On the palate, this organically and biodynamically farmed red is dense, broad, and complex, delivering rich dark-fruit flavors that transition into a vibrant, balsamic finish framed by fine, lively tannins and crisp acidity.
