Aviation American Gin 375ml

Crafted in Portland, Oregon, Aviation American Gin is a pioneering expression of the "New American Dry" gin style. Co-founded by bartender Ryan Magarian and master distiller Christian Krogstad, it shifts away from traditional juniper-heavy profiles in favor of a democratic balance of seven botanicals, including lavender, sarsaparilla, cardamom, sweet orange peel, and anise seed. Presented in a convenient 375ml half-bottle format, it delivers the exact same smooth, balanced profile as the full-sized bottle.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters on the half shell, citrus-marinated ceviche, smoked salmon crostini, caprese salad, or lemon-herb grilled chicken.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, round, and remarkably supple mouthfeel that offers balanced botanical weight.

Nose: Elegant and floral upfront, with sweet orange peel, fresh lavender, and subtle sarsaparilla warmth supported by a gentle piney juniper backing.

Palate: Exceptionally smooth and balanced, featuring layers of cardamom, spicy anise, rich sarsaparilla root, and bright citrus oils alongside muted juniper.

Finish: Clean, long, and subtle with lingering notes of gentle floral lavender, warm baking spices, and crisp citrus zest.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes with premium tonic water and a slice of fresh orange, or as the core component in an Aviation cocktail or classic Gin & Tonic.
