About the Averill Creek Pinot Noir
Averill Creek Pinot Noir is estate-grown in British Columbia's Cowichan Valley. Whole-bunch fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques shape a precise, textured expression, while careful barrel selection emphasizes freshness and youthful drinkability. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur added before bottling.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, and herb-roasted chicken.
