About the Averill Creek Joue Red
Averill Creek Joue Red is a vibrant field blend of Marechal Foch and Gamay from Vancouver Island. Whole bunches ferment together before the wine receives additional structure from Somenos Pinot Noir marc. It is then matured entirely in stainless steel, preserving freshness and aromatic character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with tomato mussel pasta, roasted chicken, grilled pork, and mushroom pizza.
