About the Chateau Lamery Autrement
Chateau Lamery Autrement is a naturally vinified Bordeaux red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec, with proportions varying by vintage. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes indigenous-yeast fermentation in cement, followed by maturation in old oak and cement, producing a complex, mineral and elegantly structured expression.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, grilled lamb chops, mushroom ragout, or braised beef.
