About the Arthur Barolet Savigny Les Beaune Villages 750ml
In 1830, Arthur Barolet founded a small family business in Beaune, the capital of Burgundy. At first Barolet wines rarely found themselves in any export markets and were only known by a few connoisseurs. His grandson, also known as Arthur, left medicine and Paris in 1920 to care for the family business. Today, the quality and the tradition established by the former owners continue in the 19th-century cellars of the Savigny-les-Beaune based Domaine.
