Bottled exclusively "Canada", but who are we kidding, we all know that means Alberta... and we are apparently the only market in the World to get its own cask! The whisky was made from unpeated barley, matured in an American oak ex-Bourbon barrel.
Nose: smouldering driftwood, sea salt, smoked Gouda cheese, lanolin, Granny Smith apples, brine.
Palate: Manuka honey on buttered toast, good texture, white pepper, sea salt again, apple pie, ashy, lemon.
Finish: long, lingering and zesty.
