Claxton's Ardmore 12 Year Old 2009 STR Barrique Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Claxton's Ardmore 12 Year Old 2009 is a single-cask Highland single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled as part of Claxton's Warehouse No.1 series. Distilled in 2009 and matured for 12 years, this peated Ardmore was finished in an STR red wine barrique before being bottled at cask strength of 60.3% ABV. Cask C22052 produced just 219 bottles, delivering a powerful combination of Highland peat, toasted oak, dark fruit and rich sweetness.
