Arbikie Nadar Gin

Crafted in Angus, Scotland, at the Arbikie Highland Estate farm distillery, Nàdar (meaning "Nature" in Scottish Gaelic) is the world's first climate-positive gin. Distilled from estate-grown garden peas rather than traditional grains, its production avoids synthetic nitrogen fertilizers and offsets more carbon than it produces, delivering an eco-friendly spirit with a naturally rich, smooth base.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, pea and mint risotto, goat cheese crostini, pan-seared scallops, or grilled white fish.
