Aqva Lvce V.I.C.E Gin

Handcrafted in Italy using traditional copper pot stills, this premium small-batch gin is part of the distinguished Aqva Lvce line created by Antonio Levarato. The acronym V.I.C.E. stands for Very Important Century Essence, paying tribute to historic Italian distilling tradition by pairing classical alpine pine and juniper base notes with bright, sun-ripened Mediterranean citrus and aromatic herbs.

Food Pairing: Citrus-marinated ceviche, grilled prawns, prosciutto with melon, fresh burrata, caprese salad, or lemon-herb roasted chicken.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a silky, smooth, and rounded mouthfeel that carries vibrant citrus and herbal intensity.

Nose: Intensely aromatic opening with bold piney juniper, fresh lemon zest, and pink grapefruit, layered with sweet floral accents, wild mint, and mountain herbs.

Palate: Vibrant citrus upfront featuring pink grapefruit, lemon oil, and sweet orange, balanced by crisp piney juniper, gentle floral chamomile, and earthy herbal spice.

Finish: Long, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of citrus zest, mountain pine, and a delicate herbal bitterness.

Serve: Serve over large ice cubes with premium Mediterranean or Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh grapefruit and a sprig of mint or rosemary.
