Its distinctive production combines spirit distilled from fermented apple mash with spirit made from fermented apple juice before maturation, creating a golden, aromatic expression with fresh apple, apple kernel, clove, vanilla, and sweet chocolate-like tones.

Food Pairing: Roast pork with apples, mature cheddar, smoked cheeses, apple tart, vanilla pastries, roasted almonds, walnuts, and dark chocolate.
