About the Apocalypto Anejo Tequila
Apocalypto Añejo is finely aged for 12 months, resulting in aromas of agave, oak, grass, honey, stewed yam, flowers, vanilla, bran, and caramel, followed by anice citrus entry on the palate with agave, rich oak, vanilla and very ripe fruit, with a big yet dry mouth-feel and oak focused with a touch hint of tea and cocoa. The finish is structured and articulate, moving from rich flavors of caramel, spice and oak to light fruity and fresh flavors with a lovely aftertaste.
