About the Aphrodise Sparkling Rose
Aphrodise is a luxury Greek sparkling rosé crafted in the high-elevation, cool-climate region of Macedonia, Greece. Made exclusively from 100% hand-harvested Xinomavro grapes, this sophisticated sparkling wine undergoes a second fermentation process to develop its fine perlage and silky texture.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, tuna tartar, grilled shrimp, charcuterie boards, berry-based desserts, soft goat cheeses.
