About the Antica Cab-Sauv Townsend Vineyard
Grown on the high-altitude slopes of Atlas Peak by the historic Antinori family, this single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is powerful and expressive. It delivers deep, concentrated layers of dark plum, blackberry, and cassis, seamlessly framed by firm, structured tannins and an elegant touch of stony minerality.
Food Pairing: Pair it with charred ribeye steak, roasted venison loin, or a cheese board featuring aged gruyere and sharp white cheddar.
