The Dundee Blended Scotch Whisky

The Dundee Blended Scotch Whisky is a smooth and approachable Scotch from Angus Dundee Distillers, created by blending selected single malt and grain Scotch whiskies. Glencadam Single Malt forms the heart of the blend, contributing malt character to a balanced whisky bottled at 40% ABV. 

Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, glazed pork, mild cheddar, toasted nuts, shortbread or vanilla-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Smooth and rounded with fragrant fruit, gentle malt sweetness, honey, vanilla and soft nutty character leading into a mellow, warming finish.

Nose: Fruity and fragrant with vanilla sponge cake, cantaloupe, icing sugar and orchard fruit.

Palate: Sweet and rounded with runny honey, guava, nutty malt and fresh grassy accents.

Finish: Mellow and warming with lingering toffee brittle, sugared almond and cedar wood.
