Angel's Envy Rye

Angel's Envy Rye is a premium finished rye whiskey crafted by Louisville Distilling Company. Made with a high-rye mashbill, it undergoes a secondary maturation of up to 18 months in hand-selected Caribbean rum casks that previously held French cognac. This unique finishing process overlays the signature spice of American rye with rich tropical sweetness, creating a complex and dessert-like whiskey profile.

Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with spicy glazed pork chops, pecan pie, banana bread, dark chocolate desserts, roasted walnuts, or artisanal aged cheeses.
