Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Wine Barrels is the signature bourbon from Angel's Envy, crafted in Louisville, Kentucky. The bourbon is typically matured for four to six years in new, charred 53-gallon American white oak barrels before being finished for up to six additional months in 60-gallon ruby port wine casks from Portugal. This secondary maturation adds layers of dark fruit and sweetness while preserving the underlying bourbon character.
