Tasting notes
The 2021 Andremily Mourvedre has a complex nose with notes of licorice, wild sage, violets, and tar, and a palate of blackberry preserves, minted blackcurrants, and stewed plums. The 2021 wine is described as having a firm, fine-grained texture with great tension and purity, and a long, fragrant finish. 
Pairing
Mourvedre is high in tannins and can be dry and grippy on the tongue, making it a good pairing for many meat dishes. 
Aging
Some say the 2021 Andremily Mourvedre will benefit from 3–5 years of bottle age and may have a longevity of at least two decades.

Andremily also produces Mourvedre in other vintages, including 2015 and 2020. The 2020 Mourvedre is made up of 86% Mourvedre, 12% Syrah, and 2% Viognier.
