Altesino Alte d'Altesi Toscana 2018 is an elegant "Super Tuscan" red blend that represents a modern take on regional classics. Sourced from some of the estate's highest elevations, it is a balanced blend of equal parts Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. This 2018 vintage shows an intense purple-red color with refined aromas of black cherry, plum, and blackberry, followed by floral notes of violet and savory hints of menthol and clove. Aged for approximately 12–14 months in Allier French oak barriques, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured with elegant tannins and a persistent, polished finish.
