Domaine Ostertag Les Vieilles Vignes de Sylvaner is a dry Alsace white produced from old Sylvaner vines farmed biodynamically. Expressive orchard fruit, citrus and white floral notes meet a distinctive mineral character. The palate combines freshness, generous texture and fine salinity, finishing clean, balanced and persistent.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled trout, smoked fish, shellfish, vegetable tart, or creamy poultry.
