Alma Negra M Blend 2022 is an expressive, deeply concentrated, and harmonious Argentinian red blend created by winemaker Ernesto Catena in Mendoza. Translating to "black soul," the label celebrates the intense, dark-skinned grapes that form its core. Crafted predominantly from Malbec and Bonarda harvested from high-elevation vineyards, it reveals alluring aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, roasted coffee beans, and subtle sweet baking spices with a touch of cocoa. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple, and rich, framing lush dark berry fruit with fine-grained, powdery tannins and balanced acidity that leads into a long, satisfying finish.
