About the Alkoomi Jarrah Shiraz
Deep and concentrated, showing black cherry, plum and red berry fruit layered with black pepper, savoury spice, cocoa and subtle earthy notes. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with firm, chewy tannins and a lingering savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, grilled lamb, venison, hearty beef stews, barbecue, or other rich game dishes.
