About the Alheit Vineyards Magnetic North
Magnetic North is a single-origin Chenin Blanc combining natural power with precision and finesse. Dry-farmed, ungrafted bushvines grow high in Citrusdal Mountain on iron-rich red sand over clay. Careful whole-bunch pressing, wild fermentation and extended lees maturation preserve depth, freshness, texture and distinctive vineyard character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled sea bass, roast chicken, seared scallops, or herb-crusted halibut.
