Fire By Night 2022 is a focused Chenin Blanc showing youthful fynbos, green citrus and subtle reductive character. The palate is fine-boned and restrained, with firm pithy structure and mouth-watering acidity. Mature dry-farmed bushvines rooted in decomposed granite contribute clarity, tension and precision.
