Alfred Giraud Voyage French Malt Whisky is a refined, small-batch French malt whisky from the house of Alfred Giraud, an esteemed line of spirits created by former Cognac master blenders. The first release in the distillery's Exploratory Collection, Voyage is a blend of two single malts—one aged in Sauternes casks and the other in rare French Robinia wood casks—which are then married together in extra-old Cognac casks. The result is a luminous malt whisky that strikes a balance between bright floral aromatics, rich orchard fruit, and wood sweetness.

Food Pairing: Pan-seared foie gras, roast duck breast with fruit reduction, fruit tarts, aged Comté cheese, or almond tuiles.

Tasting Notes : Bright golden amber in color with a soft, rounded, and silky mouthfeel.

Nose : Fresh custard, acacia honey, white flowers, ripe pear, and soft citrus blossom.
