About the Alegre Valganon Garnacha
Alegre Valganon Garnacha is produced from old Garnacha vines in Cardenas, La Rioja, planted at 600 metres on poor, stony soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and partial whole clusters, it offers ripe red fruit, herbs and spice, with a rounded, mineral, juicy palate and silky texture.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb chops, roasted pork, mushroom dishes, or herb-roasted chicken.
