Il Favot is a refined expression of Nebbiolo sourced from vineyards in Bussia, Monforte d'Alba. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, rose petals, blood orange, and crushed stone lead to a structured palate with vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and impressive precision. Elegant and approachable in its youth, it offers the depth and character that define great Piedmont Nebbiolo.

Mineral and savory nose with lots of crushed stones, iron, seaweed, spiced blood orange and cranberries. Structured and vertical on the palate but nothing fleshy here. It shows more mineral tension and tautness than fruit. A pure, long Nebbiolo Langhe that gives clarity and precision. Already very drinkable now, but can hold as well.
