Bodegas Verum Ulterior Parcela No. 7 y 9 Albillo Real is an artisanal, skin-contact fermented organic white wine crafted from low-yielding indigenous vines in Tomelloso. Partially aged in clay amphorae (tinajas) and French oak, it opens with rich aromas of ripe stone fruits, dried orchard pears, white flowers, chamomile, and subtle Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it exhibits medium-to-full body with a distinct, oily texture balanced by subtle phenolics, refined mineral acidity, and a long, savory, complex finish.
