Wild Life Wheat Whisky

Wild Life Wheat Whisky is an Alberta-crafted Canadian whisky produced from locally grown grain by Wild Life Distillery in Canmore. Its mashbill combines 61% wheat, 26% barley and 13% rye, distilled in a 500L alembic copper pot still and matured for a minimum of 3.5 years in 53-gallon American white oak barrels. Bottled at 45.3% ABV at natural colour and without chill filtration, it offers an approachable, cereal-driven profile with caramelized sweetness, toasted oak and gentle spice.

Food Pairing: Steak tartare, charcuterie, duck confit, and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Sweet cereal grains, soft oak and caramelized sugar with a rounded, approachable character.

Nose: Brown sugar, Shreddies and caramel graham cracker.
