Albert Boxler Sommerberg Grand Cru Riesling is a dry white wine produced exclusively from Riesling grown in the granite soils of the Sommerberg Grand Cru vineyard. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in traditional old oak foudres, it displays vibrant citrus, white peach, floral aromas, and striking mineral precision with exceptional length.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, roast chicken, pork, choucroute, and aged goat cheese.
