On the nose, it is thin and complex, at first glance marked by a delicate and discreet wooded area. Its notes of stone fruit, evolve towards a finish on spices. This nose is gradually discovered, and after good ventilation, it will bring out subtle notes of peppermint and cedar. On the palate, we can see all the crunch of the Pinot Noir grape variety, with a pretty tannic texture that coats the palate without aggressiveness.
