Albert Bichot Fleurie La Madone is an elegant Beaujolais Cru crafted from Gamay grown on the granite slopes of La Madone in Fleurie. Fragrant aromas of violet, peony, raspberry and ripe cherry lead to a silky, fresh palate with fine tannins, lively acidity and a long, floral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast chicken, grilled pork, charcuterie, salmon or soft-ripened cheeses.
