On the palate, it is full-bodied and remarkably plush, showcasing a dense core of dark fruit supported by firm yet velvety tannins and a vibrant mountain acidity. Extended aging in French oak barrels provides sophisticated nuances of dark chocolate, vanilla, and espresso, leading to a long, persistent finish with a refined mineral tension.
