Agnes Paquet Bourgogne Aligoté Le Clou et La Plume is an organically farmed Burgundy Aligoté sourced from the Le Clou and La Plume vineyards. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrel, it offers bright citrus, white flowers and orchard fruit layered with vibrant minerality and a fresh, textured finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken or fresh goat cheese.
