Adobe Road Winery's Shift is a bold red wine blend known for its daring combination of grapes and its intense, full-bodied character. It's a blend of rich Zinfandel, deep Tempranillo, Syrah, and Petite Sirah. The wine features notes of blackberry, dark fruit, vanilla, and spice, with a long, chewy finish. It's part of Adobe Road's The Racing Series, which is inspired by the founder's passion for racing.
