Adelphi Private Stock Reserve Peated Blended Scotch Whisky

Adelphi Private Stock Reserve Peated Blended Scotch Whisky is a small-batch blended Scotch selected and bottled by independent bottler Adelphi. Released in 2025, the Reserve builds on Adelphi's classic Private Stock with a richer, smokier composition incorporating West Highland and Islay malt whisky. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is presented at natural colour and without chill filtration, delivering a balanced combination of fruit, malt, coastal character and peat smoke. 

Food Pairing: Pair with smoked salmon, grilled meats, mature cheddar, roasted nuts or dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Rich and rounded with orchard fruit, malt and caramel sweetness balanced by coastal peat, citrus and warming spice.

Nose: Gentle peat smoke with honey, malt and vanilla, followed by green apple, citrus and subtle maritime notes.

Palate: Creamy and full, showing toffee, caramel and malt alongside citrus, oak, warming spice and dry smoke.

Finish: Warm and lingering with vanilla, oak, gentle sweetness and persistent soft peat smoke.
