Adelphi Selection Inchgower 12 Year Old 2010 Cask #809889 is a limited single-cask Speyside single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Adelphi. Distilled at Inchgower in 2010, this expression matured for 12 years in Palo Cortado Sherry Butt #809889 before being bottled in 2023 at a natural cask strength of 57.4% ABV. Limited to just 512 bottles, it combines Inchgower's distinctive coastal and malty character with stone fruit, honeyed dried fruit, warming spice and the complex nutty influence of Palo Cortado sherry. 

Food Pairing: Pair with Manchego, roasted almonds, prosciutto, glazed pork, apple tart, dried fruit or dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Fruity and full-bodied with soft stone fruit, citrus and floral malt developing into cooked plums, honeyed prunes, ginger biscuits and warming oak spice.

Nose: Soft stone fruits and floral malt with zesty citrus and distant dried herbs.

Palate: Cooked plums and honeyed prunes with ginger biscuits and gently vegetal barley.

Finish: Leathery oak and vanilla with spiced apple, woody clove and a touch of pepper.
