About the Eric Texier Adele 2024
Éric Texier Adèle Blanc 2024 is a vibrant, natural white wine produced by former nuclear engineer turned iconic Rhône winemaker Éric Texier. Sourced from organically farmed vines planted on granite soils in Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban, this cuvée is composed primarily of Clairette with a touch of Marsanne. Fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks and aged on fine lees, it opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, green apple, and subtle dried herbs. On the palate, it is crisp, supple, and mineral-driven, featuring lively acidity, orchard fruit flavors, and a refreshing, saline-tinged finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with fresh oysters, grilled sea bass, goat cheese crostini, light seafood pasta, roasted chicken, and summer salads.
