About the Adega Sainas Secular 2021
A powerful yet refined red wine from Ribeira Sacra made from old-vine native varieties grown on steep terraced vineyards. Concentrated layers of black cherry, wild berries, floral notes, and mineral complexity are supported by firm structure and vibrant freshness, culminating in a long and elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted lamb, braised beef, wild mushroom dishes, game meats, and aged cheeses.
