Spicy and floral, with grilled herbs, autumnal spice, dried black cherries, and layers of dark red and blue fruit. The palate is elegant and silky, underscored by saline mineral character and structured tannins. The finish is concentrated and persistent, with bitter blackberry and violet notes.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised lamb shoulder, porcini mushroom risotto, and aged Pecorino cheese.
