ABK6 Cognac VSOP Chinese New Year Snake

ABK6 Cognac VSOP Chinese New Year Snake is a limited-edition Single Estate Cognac created to celebrate the 2025 Chinese New Year and the Year of the Snake. Francis Abecassis and Cellar Master Frederic David selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their aromatic richness and matured in some of the estate's oldest casks. The special edition combines ABK6's Cognac craftsmanship with a distinctive bottle design created in collaboration with Chinese artists Qiaolong Huang and Bingna Xu, featuring a snake among vine leaves.

Food Pairing: Roast duck, glazed pork, charcuterie, aged hard cheeses, toasted hazelnuts, walnuts, apple tart, gingerbread, almond pastries, dried fruit, and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Golden to old-gold in color, with a rich and harmonious profile balancing fruit, seasoned wood, warming spice, candied fruit, and nutty complexity.

Nose: Rich and aromatic with woody and subtly spicy notes, cinnamon, orange peel, and dried fig.

Palate: Balanced fruit and wood with candied fruit, hazelnut, and walnut, delivering a rounded and expressive character.

Finish: Long and delicate, with lingering fruit, nuts, spice, and gentle oak.
