The spirit is aged for a minimum of 12 years in two distinct barrel types: traditional American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and premium European oak Oloroso sherry butts. The component whiskies are then masterfully vatted together, blending the bright, sweet vanilla character of the bourbon oak with the rich, deeply spiced fruit of the sherry wood.
