About the A Sunday In August Zweigelt
Made from organically grown Zweigelt from a single vineyard in Peachland, this wine undergoes three days of semi-carbonic fermentation before pressing into neutral oak. After a short elevage, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered with 30 ppm sulphur, reflecting a minimal-intervention approach.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled pork chops, roasted mushrooms, peppered sausages, and herb potatoes.
