A Sunday In August Rose is a dry British Columbia rose made primarily from Pinot Noir with a small amount of Riesling. The grapes receive brief skin contact before pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, followed by six months of aging. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled salmon, shrimp tacos, tomato mozzarella salad, or herb-roasted vegetables.
