About the A Sunday In August Pet-Nat
A Sunday In August Pet-Nat is a naturally sparkling Pinot Blanc from organically farmed grapes in British Columbia. Whole-berry carbonic maceration precedes pressing and continued fermentation in tank, before bottling during fermentation. Five months on lees and disgorgement produce an expressive, lightly sparkling wine with minimal sulphur.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with fresh oysters, grilled prawns, smoked salmon, or crispy fried calamari.
