A Sunday In August Cabernet Merlot is a British Columbia red blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Organic grapes undergo carbonic maceration before aging in neutral barrels, then the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dark blackberry, cherry, currant and cassis character is complemented by peppery spice.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with garlic-herb steak, braised beef short ribs, or grilled lamb chops.
