Master of Malt A Secret Islay Distillery 31 Year Old 1990 is an exceptionally mature Islay single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed distillery, independently bottled by Master of Malt. Distilled in 1990 and matured for 31 years, this rare single-cask expression was bottled in 2022 at 47.4% ABV after additional maturation in an Oloroso sherry octave. The long maturation brings together mature Islay smoke and maritime character with rich dark fruit, roasted coffee, caramelized sweetness and seasoned oak.

Tasting Notes: Deep and mature, combining earthy peat smoke with baked fruit, roasted coffee, rich toffee, seasoned oak and warming spice.
