Glencadam Reserva PX Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish is a small-batch Highland single malt Scotch whisky crafted at Glencadam Distillery. Matured initially in American oak ex-bourbon casks, selected parcels are married together before being finished in hand-selected Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts sourced from Andalucía, Spain. Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and without chill filtration, the PX finish brings layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, treacle and rich dessert-like sweetness to Glencadam's elegant Highland malt character.

Food Pairing: Pair with dark chocolate, Christmas cake, sticky toffee pudding, roasted walnuts, blue cheese, dried figs or espresso-infused desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and indulgent, with dried fruits, dark chocolate and warming spice developing into treacle, cherries, prunes and decadent dessert notes.

Nose: Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate with cedar and warming clove spice.

Palate: Maple syrup, treacle toffee and prunes mingle with maraschino cherries, brandy butter and Black Forest cake.

Finish: Warming and lingering, with cinder toffee, fruitcake and crystallized ginger followed by cherry jam and espresso.
