Glencadam Reserva Andalucía Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky crafted at Glencadam Distillery. Carefully selected whisky from sherry butts and bourbon casks is married together before being finished in Oloroso sherry butts sourced from Andalucía, Spain. Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and without chill filtration, Reserva Andalucía balances Glencadam's signature fruit-forward character with rich sultana, orchard fruit, creamy toffee and sweet spice from the Oloroso finish. 

Food Pairing: Pair with Manchego cheese, roasted almonds, prosciutto, apple tart, crème brûlée, fruitcake or caramelized desserts.

Tasting Notes: Rich and smooth with ripe fruit, creamy sweetness and Oloroso sherry character, bringing together sultanas, orchard fruits, vanilla, fudge and gentle sweet spice.
