About the A. Dhondt Mesnil Grand Cru Coullemets 2020
Produced from Grand Cru Chardonnay in the Coullemets lieu-dit of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne is beautifully precise, offering aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, chalk and toasted hazelnut. The palate is focused and mineral-driven with vibrant acidity, an exceptionally fine mousse and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, lobster, scallops, caviar, sushi or enjoyed as an aperitif.
